The hotel is very close to the port and to the town centre. The staff is nice, friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. We were lucky to have an upgrade to the sultan suite, which is just beatiful. The turkish breakfast is tasty and rich, served on the top floor, that has a wonderful view to the sea.

The property is beautiful, but a good experience is all about the service and human relations, their staff are amazing! Beyond amazing, all of them! Especially Gulsen, I think she’s the assistant manager. We asked if they had Kaymak for breakfast, they didn’t, but she didn’t say no, she arranged for it, and it was put on our table in less than 10 minutes. Her personality, the way she speaks to customers, extremely professional but at the same time loving and approachable. The guy that checked us in, the guy that worked at the pool, really all of them are amazing!

Location of the hotel is very close to the beach (where you can choose from either public beach with all necessary amenities and many beach clubs) and close to shops and restaurants in the area. It’s convenient to get to the hotel from the airport both on public transport and taxi (there was a taxi point just outside our building). The apartment that we were renting was very comfortable, had all necessary equipment and was well cleaned. Breakfast provided by the hotel was complete and ladies working at the breakfast were always very welcoming to us. Thank you for the great stay!!!

My 2 kids and I spent a wonderful time in the hotel. I spent 15 minutes by taxi to get to the hotel. The stuff in the hotel was very kind and suggested us a very nice room where we could see the watterfall and the seacoast. Amazing:)) The sea wasn't perfect, but all the hotels near the airport don't have the perfect beach. There is a pool with the sea water so kids could have a great time and I was not afraid to be along with them. The kids' club helped me to leave the kids there and to pack our baggage and checked out. The choice of the food was great, but the taste of the dishes wasn't perfect. We liked milkshakes in the cafe (included). All of the guests likes the turtules in the garden. They are very fast by the way. The entertainment for kids in the evening wasn't massive, but most of the kids preferred not to dance but play with the turtules or with each other.
