I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

Amazing resort, everything is very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and attentive, they upgraded us to another room which was more than we had asked for. It’s nice and quiet, very short walk to Surin beach and not too far from Patong/Bangla Rd. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a lil heaven of luxury.

I had the pleasure of staying at Nicky's Handlebar with my partner, and it was an experience we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with such kindness and genuine care. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. After an unpleasant experience in the center of Phuket, the staff welcomed us back to the hotel with so much warmth and compassion. They took care of me in a way that made me feel safe and comforted, and I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional hospitality. The room we stayed in was fantastic—clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony where we could relax. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for their impeccable work; our room was always spotless and refreshed. I wholeheartedly recommend Nicky's Handlebar to anyone visiting Phuket. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for. Whether you're traveling as a couple, solo, or with friends, this is the perfect place to stay. A little paradise in Kamala Beach. Loved the pools and the quiteness. Working and relatively quiet aircon. Always warm water in the shower. Cleaning available everyday by polite and smiling staff. Great view over the ocean. We did not use the beach much (private nor Kamala Beach) but used the longtail boats to get us to small quiet beaches. The staff was really helpfull and lovely and helped us with tour booking. We fixed breakfast ourself in the kitchen. Can really recommend dinner from nearest restaurent "The Bua".

Very friendly, professional and well trained staff. Very quite area with amazing views. They upgraded our room and it was amazing. Very clean, with a lot of amenities We went to have dinner in the restaurant and the terrace is very cozy and the food so yummy and spectacular. We also used the spa and the massage was also very good We will definitely come back and will recommend to our friends and family

It looked very cool, a modern minimalist design (but sometimes form defeated function) The balcony we has was lovely to sit on, better IMHO than the 'pool access' rooms which were less private.
