We booked room few hours before we came to hotel, and everything was great! Staff on reception was very kind, and everything was like on the pictures. It wasnt free parking lot so we put our car in front of our hotel, there is small parking.

The receptionists were very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was comfortable and great value for money, and the buffet breakfast was very good. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

In my opinion, the best hotel in the city center, just at the old town, very clean, modern, with a comfortable bed and great breakfast, nice personnel. From all the hotels that I have stayed at in Novi Sad, this is the best - even though all of them were great. Next time I’m very sure I will stay here again.
