Starting with our arrival, the reception was really kind and fast. The room was very clean and the cleaning service was amazing! The staff generally was absolutely friendly. We surprisingly received two cakes, one for birthday and one easter. Very generous of the hotel!

Nice suite with plenty of space and the outdoor facilities are excellent. The restaurants Uddo and Al Quimia deliver a high quality food experience and the staff are highly skilled.

The Suite we had is clearly the nicest room of the hotel with an absolutely stunning view. The double room makes the experience absolutely fantastic and proof to any need you have if you are a couple : whilst one rests on the bed the other one can be busy in the office/living room without disturbing. I have rarely seen such a wonderful view in hotels in Algarve - it's only trumped by the view you have on the rooftop of the building. By the way they had organised a nice "white night" to observe the moon-rise that evening. Lovely ! The breakfast it amazing - the pool is very nice too. You can see little details here and there that were lovely like a selection of books in free service, for those who forgot theirs. English, French and portuguese!

We could not fault the hotel, staff, or standards, all were fantastic. The only thing to consider is the location as it is too far from town to walk and limited footpaths on busy roads for safe walking. Need a taxi every time you leave the hotel. Even then, taxi services were amazing with great restaurant recommendations and prompt service
