Staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully appointed, ample towels and other nice touches. We had a lovely view out onto river and felt very relaxed throughout.

Really great Heritage Hotel. They upgraded us to a larger room. Although note that the back rooms look directly out onto some rather shabby buildings. But there are plenty of places to sip and drink from the honesty bar and enjoy views over the river.

Perfect and comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and speak multiple languages. The room was spacious and comfortable. A short walk to Cristo Rei which we loved. Breakfast was delicious. Will recommend to others. My second time staying here and will stay here again.

From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed our break at York House. Our room was superb, very comfortable, clean and great size. Staff were very friendly. The building was old but has been renovated beautifully. They have a lovely garden to sit and have breakfast, drinks etc. Good location and close to the centre of Lisbon. Lovely restaurants to eat in.

Excellent location with trams and buses very near, but not metro. Opposite world heritage site, botanic gardens and other sights of interest. World famous Belem pastries around the corner and local restaurants. Superb breakfast and extremely quiet. Friendly staff with perfect English. Nearby convenience store also.

The experience was great! From the moment we checked in we were made to feel very welcome and everything was taken care of for us. The room itself was lovely and I would really recommend the location. The staff were great as well & really looked after us, would definitely stay here again!
