The location is excellent and close to main train station and trams. Moreover, shopping mall is just in front of the hotel. It is isolated so you cannot hear traffic from trains or public transportation. The room and hotel itself is very modern, nice solution with tablet that you can use to control light, TV, etc. Bed very comfortable, single room big enough for one person. Highly recommended!

Adelina met us at the property and gave us a warm, friendly welcome. She even advised a great meal on our first night. We had a question about the cooktop and Adelina responded immediately with easy-to-follow instructions to set us up for coffee-making in the morning. The apartment itself and the common areas are even more beautiful than the photos. We would highly recommend a stay at Relaks.

I loved everything about Hotel Grodek, except the shampoo and body wash. In fact, there was only 1 product for washing your body and hair. Such an amazing hotel with it's unique decoration, breakfast variety , location, cleanliness, deserves better bathroom products. And in addition, the guy at the reception at night shift was very helpfull. He prepared my breakfast bec. I had to leave the hotel early and opened the fireplaced room late at night So we could chat with the friends.
