The check-in and check out peocess was simple and easy. The room was very clean and larger than expected. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and despite being in the middle of the city you couldn't hear noise from the room. The location was also very convenient and walking distance from many key points of interest. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is just GREAT. It's by the most popular Da Tong Park in Sapporo. You can walk underground from Sapporo station to the hotel without any heavy coat even it's snowing outdoor. Spa on the roof facing the park is also great.

Room was spacious, compared to most hotels in Japan. Breakfast was incredible never expected such quality from hotel breakfasts. Location is right next to Susukino station, great position to travel in city Sapporo.
