The location was fantastic, right next to central Susukino. Close to a lot of restaurants. The room was very comfortable and a good size, enough room to open luggage's and store your shoes. The bathroom was very clean.

The room was spacious and hotel was very clean. The check in and check out was fast and the staff were helpful. The location is also very good. There is also a laundry room inside the hotel. The hotel felt safe since you need a key card before you can access your floor. The hotel is close to Odori Park.

Hotel smells good, right in front of Odori Park. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and prepared kids pack for us that comes with small face towel, kids toothbrush and slippers. Onsen is great and comes with free popsicles too.

The staffs were very kind. Concierge help my trip goes smoothly by making reservation or giving useful information. The hotel is very clean and quiet. We enjoyed their "daiyokujo" as well.
