Giulia was an exceptional host who went out of her way to assist us. The room was sparkling and exceeded expectations. Trani itself is a locals only resort, and was an absolute pleasure in late May. You need a little bit of Italian language to get the best from the local area.

Comfortable and quiet room in a good location for walking around the town. Breakfast was great with a fabulous view from the rooftop terrace.

The location was great. The view from one of the rooms was fantastic looking over the harbour. The others didn't have a view but we knew that when we booked. Francesa was very welcoming and helpful at check-in. Good aircon, which made all the difference given the heatwave. Lovely rooms/apartment with very clean and well-designed bathrooms.

We really loved the hotel and our room, the staff were so nice and professional. We tried out the restaurant for dinner, which was great too. And we even got an upgrade - what a brilliant surprise. Highly recommended.

Excellent location right on the water and next to the imposing Romanesque Trani Cathedral. In fact, having breakfast with a view at the port and the cathedral was a bonus. The reasonably priced Regia Restaurant serves great dishes with an emphasis on fish. We enjoyed having dinner there. Breakfast is a moveable feast with home-made cakes and a rich selection of breakfast food.

Maré Resort is an elegant, luxurious property a 5 minutes' walk from Trani's harbour. It is located in Palazzo Telesio, an 18th-century building with a top-floor terrace. Bike rental is free.

We spent one night in a modern and impeccably clean room located in a stunning villa that was formerly a clinic. This Bed and Breakfast is managed by a family that has lived in the villa for three generations, adding a wonderful personal touch to our stay. The villa features a convenient elevator for transporting luggage and a private parking area right next to the garden. We also enjoyed a custom-made breakfast served in a delightful garden, surrounded by beautiful plants and trees, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town, which comes alive at 10 PM in the summer, offering a vibrant and festive ambiance. A very pleasant experience that we highly recommend!
