I can not express my absolute happiness with the professionalism and attention to detail from this hotel. They contacted me about 3 or 4 weeks before we were meant to arrive and notified me that they were renovating and were unable to accommodate us. As a result, they would find us something else. And they did. They put us up in a far more expensive hotel and we were only required to pay the amount they were going to charge us. So they paid the huge difference - over twice the amount as the hotel they put us in was a boutique hotel with only 5 rooms - extremely fancy. I noticed on booking com that there were cheaper hotels available but this hotel choose to put us up in a more expensive place. This is a huge expensive for this hotel and it showcases that they are serious about their customers. Throughout the experience they notified us about every single step and answered all our questions. When we got there, they were renovating and it looks like it will be even better than their photos on line (the hotel that they organised for us was about 30 metres away so we had a look at their renovations). It will definitely be a place to stay. It is seems to have very nice views. Thank you so much for ensuring that you found something suitable for us. You really went out of your way and I can not express our thanks enough. The hotel that you put us in was absolutely lovely as well. It was raining on the day and the lady got us from the parking area - about 20 metres away or so. I can not recommend this hotel enough for looking after their guests and ensuring when something goes wrong they will do something about it and make their customer happy. Please note, that I have never stayed at this hotel before so it wasn’t like I am a regular and they are expected to look after me more. . I look forward to staying in your newly renovated hotel.

We were greeted at the door literally steps from the bus from Sorento. The room we were given was perfect. Incredible view, tons of room. The free breakfast, brought to our room by a woman with the kind of energy you want to be greeted with in the am, was more than enough to give you what you needed to get out and start exploring. I loved being away from the crowds that are closer to the beach. The local shuttle ran regularly, again STEPS from the hotel. We would walk down to experience Positano stairs then shuttle back. Less than 2 euro per trip tickets avaiable at most convience stores. Another plus was the best restaurant we experienced * Ristorante Pizzeria C'era Una Volta* sadly on our last night or we would have been regulars. 80 m from the hotel. Little store on the right has all the basics you need. Wine, fruit, coke zero. The views from the top are amazing, loved watching the traffic, loved walking down the stairs to the tourist area. This was a score. Don't hesitate booking this one.

Everything needed was available. There were even some food for breakfast (some croissants, tea and coffee) and kitchen basic stuff such as sugar, olive oil, etc. Owner also prepared a nice crib for our baby! Good wifi (we worked from there) and parking spot right in front of the property. The view is amazing!

The hosts are amazing, very considerate. The room was comfortable and we had a sea view which was very important for us as the first day we needed to work from the room a little bit. Also the WiFi worked perfectly and the location was great. I definitely recommend this place!!

We had a beautiful room with street view, despite this it wasnt noisy during the night. Room was cosy and clean. Everything in Sorrento is very close from this hotel, we could walk and walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Prior to Arrival, Caterina from La Piazzetta has texted us and was helpful in helping us to arrange for private transfer from Naples Train station to Sorrento (despite me giving her very last minute notice). When we reached, she was very friendly and showed us a map of the nearby vicinity and also recommended some restaurants to us! These were the best meals we had in the 10 days in Europe! On days we had day trips, Caterina was so sweet and prepared the breakfast for us the night before and leave it in the room for us! That was a very kind gesture that I have never experienced in other hotels. The property is conveniently located in the town and you will be spoilt with choices for food and drinks! There were plenty of shopping too! We did 2 days trips, 1 to Capri and 1 to Amalfi Coast + Positano It was easy to walk to the meeting point. The room is considered very big and the bed is very comfortable too, we had 3 restful nights here Most importantly what made the property special was the exceptional service from Caterina she has been really helpful and went out of her way to help us in one way or another! I sincerely thank her for all her help she has rendered to me. I can’t wait to bring my children to Sorrento as this is by far my favorite town and will definitely stay in La Piazzetta Guest House again!

    The premises was beautifully presented, loved the design details, great location, fantastic staff, we loved how you had the use of beach bag and towels, great space saver not having to carry a family load worth of beach towels in our suitcases.
