Our stay was great, the room was large , clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast offered a great and extensive choice from a buffet. The hotel is a five minute walk outside the walled city, with a really nice main street nearby with some great cafes. Amazing value for money.

The staff is amazing, they truly love hosting travelers, the location is excellent on a quiet side alley in historic Lucca where everything isn't more than a 20 min walk away, including the RR station. The breakfast was wonderful and the ambience of the hotel was very quaint and charming. I will only stay here on my next trip to Lucca.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. Property is a 5min walk outside the walls of Lucca. It is decorated in modern colours and was very clean and comfortable. There is a small working kitchen. Nice small pool with chairs etc and a barbecue for guests use. There are shops nearby, bakery, butcher, cafe.

I can rate this hotel highly enough! I have a very difficult personal problem arise when I first arrived at the hotel. The team at the hotel were extraordinary at helping me resolve the matter. They were professional and gracious and so generous with their time. The hotel is very comfortable, lovely breakfast, nice bar and excellent location! We couldn’t have asked for more!
