We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, within easy reach of public transportation and airport. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. The host was very responsive and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Overall the value for the price was very good.

The stay was forced on us. We were supposed to fly out of Rome that morning but our airline (Qatar) decided to cancel our flight. We found the hotel in booking.com that was well priced for similar accommodation. It was an excellent hotel being much better than our accommodation in Rome, cleaner and the staff were brilliant.

The Novotel Roma Eur is set in Rome's EUR district, within walking distance of the PalaLottomatica concert venue. All rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and satellite TV.

Novotel was the best experience, federico the front desk manager was an angel to us. I booked wrong dates and he accomodated me allowed me free cancelation and was fast as lightening. My 2 daughters loved the bar and friendly staff here. There will be no other place in rome i will stay. Also got free parking for 4 days i stayed here. The room was perfectly cleaned. It was just magical
