The hotel and staff were amazing and so welcoming. We were late arriving and they made that really easy and took time to give us great recommendations for places to eat nearby too. The room was brilliant and the lounge area with coffee and cakes was lovely. There was a huge selection at breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and local options. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city to stay here.

One of the best check-in experiences ever. Extremely friendly staff who really wanted to be helpful. A welcome drink on arrival which was a nice touch. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The whole place has a boutique feel with a wonderful bar on the ground floor. The staff were helpful in suggesting breakfast and lunch options in the nearby area which is very cosmopolitan. Even though the hotel was fully booked the next night I was able to arrange a slightly later checkout which was really helpful.

Comfortable and tidy rooms, great facilities and helpful staff. Couldn’t ask for more. On the day of departure staff took care of our luggage while we spend a day in a city. It was very pleasant.

Everything was fine, there were small problems with our breakfast, it was not displayed in the database that it was included but the administrator quickly solved it out and the next day, we already had a delicious breakfast. The breakfasts were excellent, there was a lot of food to choose, for every taste, drinks, coffee, nothing to complain about. The room is neat, cool decor, has everything you need. I was pleased with the coffee machine on the one and a half floor, where you could make delicious cappuccino at any time. We asked for a late check out, they immediately said they could extend it up to 2 pm and then they said we could stay as long as we needed, it was very convenient, especially that my husband was a little sick, we are very grateful for that. We recommend this place to everyone. Happy hours ♥♥♥
