The staff were amazing and above all, the two staff members that we had the most contact and assistance from were Catherena and Tina. They were amazing and went over and above to be of assistance and understanding during our stay. Cant remember the guy on reception on our arrival but he was also amazing. We actually stayed in hotel again a few days later, subsequent to our original stay, we enjoyed it so much. Definitely will be back.

Fantastic location in old Town! Quiet and spacious room with a good view of People's Square from our window. Breakfast was in the same building but you have to go outside for like 6 paces, no big deal. Made to order eggs, and a few other limited buffet options. Coffee made to order. Everything was absolutely perfect. Ana is wonderful host, she even put a bottle of champagne in the room for my fiancé’s birthday. The room was super clean and decorated with great taste, and the bed was very confortable. We even had a lot of towels on disposition. The appartment is 5 min away from the center in a calm street. Nothing else to say but thanks a lot. I definitely recommend 🫶🏻😊
