We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

We stayed in Superior Double Room. The hotel is so clean, the decoration is so pleasant, olive trees are great .The cosmetics at the bathroom were good. The staff is friendly & helpfull. The breakfast was so delicious . We prefered salad & pizza at lunch time, they were also so delicious. The hotel is close to Kos center. We went to taverns for dinner by taxi. Very friendly staff, excellent restaurant service, excellent room service, room was very clean and had all facilities, beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from our room. We appreciated also that a cot was provided.

Staff was so kind and helpful at all times. That they offered us free lunch on the first and the last day was so kind and generous.

This hotel has everything you need for perfect and relaxed vacation. We got upgrade to executive room with beautiful view and it really enhanced our stay - next time we would definitely book that room type. Pools are amazing, food is good, staff is very kind and polite, we felt very welcomed. If you have small children, there are two great playgrounds in this resort, our little girl really enjoyed. Hotel also has nice, mostly sandy beach, so you actually don't have to even leave the resort during your stay if you don't want to.

My stay it was an excellent choice for me and of course for anyone looking for a great value stay in Kos. Room was spotless, airy and spacious. The pool area was very relaxing and nicely decorated with sunbeds and umbrellas. Receptionist was friendly and gave us great tips on places to visit around the island. We were very happy with our stay and will be returning in the future.
