The location is near the museums and has the calmness of the kale... the room was very clean, the bad was very good for sleeping, the shower was very good (no liking ... no haos after showering), and the breakfast was excellent... in total excellent accommodation 👍👏

The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.

Great spacious room, lots of space. Very comfortable beds, working AC. Location was great, in the city center, all nice places reachable by foot. Staff was very welcoming. We expecially liked the underground parking, it is very good option.
