So many things, and it was little touches also, like a slow close toilet seat, divider in the bin for general and recycling, a massive tv and a beautiful tub, I'm only sorry we didn't get to enjoy it for that long as we had quite a late arrival and we were heading to an activity early the next day but we had dinner and breakfast there and it was gorgeous.

The Spa was really good - a bit small but a welcome addition to the experience. The Spa has a small swimming pool, steam bath, sauna, hot/cold shower and heated loungers which were awesome. Room was comfy (I had the upgrade) and the surroundings are stunning.

Very clean, lovely spa. Anthony (bold gentlemen) who works on the restaurant reception was amazing. His customer service skills were exceptional and everyone hotel staff member at that hotel would learn a lot from Anthony and his amazing ability to communicate with customers.
