Breakfast was wonderful. We had some issues with our booked ride to Heathrow - arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. Reception staff were incredibly helpful in arranging another ride for us. We are so grateful.

We arrived very early from the airport but the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful and did not mind. I was also very thankful as the receptionist let me use the spa facilities to shower and change after a long haul flight which was very needed. The hotels location is lovely on the water and the facilities were excellent.

The Sofitel Heathrow has direct access to Terminal 5 via a covered walkway. It has a modern health spa, a 24-hour gym, 2 bars and 2 restaurants.
