Breakfast was very good. Staff were wonderful. Towel warmer didn't work was main drawback and breakfast at place I stayed in on my way into Newcastle (Innside was much better). That said, it was really an excellent hotel overall. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I liked the way the room was decorated and laid out. Good location near train station.

Exceptionally spacious room with two large double beds. Extremely clean and well appointed. The excellent location walking distance to city centre and Quayside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient and discounted parking garage right across the road.
