The best room ever... Everything I needed, comfortable and practical. But most of all: The calm sound of the waves below the window and the trains running over the most beautiful bridge ever as a backdrop as seen from my open balcony door was simply uncomporable... ! (Note: Terrace right below the balcony, when used, would have spoiled all that but that is only open in the weekend and I was there on a weekday!)

This 4-star Novotel is 200 metres from Edinburgh Park Rail Station and a 12-minute train ride from the city centre. It has modern rooms and a heated indoor swimming pool.

A really good place with all the amenities and close to airport buses and trams and places to eat - the bathrooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable - will definitely stay there again.

A 15-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle and the shops of popular Princes Street, Garner Hotel Edinburgh-Haymarket by IHG is directly across the road from Haymarket Rail Station.

When we stayed at your hotel, we were genuinely impressed by the exceptional service we received—particularly from Leah, who I believe was the manager on duty that day. She was absolutely amazing: warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Leah was full of useful information and ensured we signed up for the IHG membership, which we truly appreciated. Even after we checked out, she kindly let us stay in the lounge while we waited for our airport taxi. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. We were also deeply appreciative of how far both Leah and her team that day gone—literally and figuratively—to provide such a high standard of care. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and we left feeling genuinely looked after. Thank you so much for a memorable stay! We will be back !
