I booked the Westbridge Stratford for my parents, who where in London to see ABBA Voyage and to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday - so have not been there myself. Nevertheless, the hotel staff has been incredibly courteous and attentive - in communication with me and regarding its service towards my parents. They had only good things to report and were especially impressed with the warm welcome and room decoration. I had booked the bubble package as a surprise but the staff went above and beyond with a handwritten birthday card and golden ballons. They even brought the luggage up to my parents room - to my fathers embarassment. ;-) My parents also enjoyed the breakfast. When I asked, they mentioned that they noticed some slight vibrations in their room due to bypassing traffic and that it was not completely sound proof. But they had been to London before and said that it is like this most places and nothing that kept them from a good nights sleep. All in all they enjoyed their stay very much and I want to give a big thanks to the staff for making my parents stay an unforgettable memory.

Ideal hotel in London. Stratford has perfect connections to Heathrow (Elizabeth line), city center, Docklands and Greenwich, rail and bus. Olympic park and venues in 5-minute walk. Morning runs in Olympic park, Victoria park, by the canals. Westfield mall for shopping, eating. The hotel is new, well maintained, comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean, light. Small kitchen is a nice addition. Staff is kind and attentive. Breakfast is tasty, well-assorted. Altogether, an optimal value and we would choose again.

Perfect location, quiet spacious room, home from home. I had been out late at an event and it was wonderful to come home and be able to cook properly in the fully equipped kitchen. Another thing I like is that the desk gives you a choice of continental and UK plug sockets. Ideal if you have forgotten your UK adapter.

We loved the apartment and the staff. They were very friendly and willing to help and provide a resolution to any requirement. I truly admired the way Shimon helped us with the checkout. She was very sweet and helpful.

I stayed in a single bedroom and it was a great choice, the bed and pillows were so confortable and fluffy, that I slept sooo well, it was a great recovery night. Hotel staff were very attentive, helpful and nice, made me feel very welcome. Also, I had food at the restaurant and it was good. Location is also great, close to Spitalfields old Market and easy access to public transport. A great experience!!
