The light in both the room and the bathroom, the wide windows you can actually open (not to take for granted nowadays), the roomy shower, the smell of the provided soaps/body lotion, the comfortable bed, the many pillows, the breakfast, the location. Ultimately the staff has been very nice and helpful throughout our stay.

A high quality and comfortable hotel with very helpful and polite staff. The hotel has stunning views of Burnstall and the River Wharfe, in a very tranquil location.
