We had a lovely stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. Im not one to leave reviews but I would really like to shine some light on Audrie. She was just always there ready to help in any way possible. She was the reason why our stay was so memorable and I hope that Novotel realises what a true gem she is. The room was very spacious for London, clean, nice amenities and the kitchenette was more than expected. The pool was a nice to have and the location great for exploring the eastern part of London! Just watch out for the service charge that gets added automatically to your bill. We didn't use room service at all, so I asked them to remove it, which they did without any arguing. So just a watch-out.

Close to Limehouse Rail and DLR stations, these modern East London apartments are ideal for ExCel, London City Airport and The City.

We booked this accoms under emergency conditions as our previous accoms did not work out as expected and this place was beyond our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even across their branches and helped us to get us a place here from Aldgate. The apartment was clean and well equipped with facilities, it was spacious and comfortable. Limehouse DLR was located nearby as well so we could travel out. We were very happy with the place for the price we paid

I was in this hotel for the second time and was satisfied again. Great hotel, clean rooms, although quite small. Beautiful, original decor, courteous staff and very good breakfasts. Highly recommended!
