The property was as shown on Bookings - really lovely accomodation. The pool was particularly welcomed as we had to walk over 1 km with our large bags from the train station due to no taxi availability. The host provided an excellent dinner recommendation and an excellent breakfast.

    The hotel was a charming boutique hotel decorated with the utmost respect of the charm of the historical building. The managers made me feel included and welcomed the minute I was in my way to their hotel. Outstanding customer service. I had a long talk in the morning with Jean-Michel, and felt more like a valued individual than just a customer. Really impressed with the outside terrace and my breakfast time next to a gorgeous view.

    We had not heard of Niort, and went there because a friend lives there. What a gorgeous town! Beautiful buildings, spacious streets and lovely people. Our hosts at the hotel were lovely. They made sure we were comfortable, made the process of checking in and out easy, and take pride in their hotel. It was a pleasure to stay with them and we will again in the future I'm sure.
