We stayed in this hotel for one night during our way to holidays. Everything was fine. The room was good, beds were comfortable. The reception was 24 hours and personnel was very helpful. I lost my bag in the hotel and when I asked about my loss, they found it and proposed several options how I may collect it. Thanks for that!!!

What a great hotel! We had an exceptionally warm welcome from the hotel reception who collected all our luggage, took it to the room and even parked our car for us. We were only staying for one night and the reception staff went out of their way to help us navigate around Montpellier and booked a restaurant for us. The hotel was in an excellent location, easy to get to by car and a short stroll away from the centre of town with all it's bars, shops and restaurants. Facilities were great, the room was fine and the bed really comfy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as the town was so close we went there for croissant and coffee in the square.

The staff on the desk were excellent. The trainee lady excellent. Very professional. Room was fantastic although would have preferred a bath. Breakfast was decent. Perfect for me. Location good. Also it was quiet - this is so important in new build hotels…. Sound insulation.
