Very good breakfast for French hotel. Pool was smaller, than it looked on the hotel picture, but still very comfortable on a hot day. Walking distance from Futuroscope, bus stop to Poitiers center just in front of the hotel.

The location was very nice, breakfast was good. Hotel has its own parking and there is direct lift from the parking to the hotel. Reception was friendly. In the hall there is a fridge where you can buy some food, water and tea is free.

Lovely place, friendly staff and wonderful views from the balcony. Paying a bit more for a room with balcony was totally worth it. We will come back.
