Spacious, clean apartment room with balcony and everything you need. Central location in Nice and 1.5km walk to old town. Right next to shopping centre and main road. Louisa was very helpful and responsive - it was kind of her to let me use her washing machine and drying rack, plus leave my luggage for a few hours after checking out.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Thank you. I arrived late in the evening from my long flight and was exhausted. Luckily they gave me a quiet room on the upper floor so that I could sleep. They also extended my check out for 1 hour. Very good service. The studio had 1 bedroom, 1 living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (with kettle, toaster and drinking water). Both of the rooms had AC - so that you could sleep. Comfortable pillows and bed, everything clean. Bathroom had shampoo and conditioner included. It's next to the Turia park and City of Arts and Sciences- perfect location. Also the sea is nearby. Next day the girls helped me with my luggage and solved my hassle with the taxi drivers - thanks again! 😄
