The adjoining swimming pool club was buzzing on a Sunday hotel included free entry but children not allowed. The bar was cool and reasonable. The hotel room was small but more than adequate for overnight good air con . Parked on road but only 5 euros a night in hotel.

The location is in fact not that bad. The hotel is not in the centro with key attractions around. But after a few minutes walk to Setas de Sevilla, there is a street (busy area with restaurants and shops) to flow through to the Cathedral, Li Gralida (around 15m walk; you may wonder around and stop by for street performance). For Plaza de Espana, it takes time to walk there even you are in the centro. The room is modern and clean (too big for me; not an easy reach to bathroom located at the end d of the room). Breakfast is good with choices (as I stayed for 3 nights, it would be great to have some differences on an alternative day). Staff are all very nice and helpful.

It was great to have such a great restaurant in the hotel. We arrived tired after quite a bit of travel and it was super that we could drop our bags and get a superb meal. (Cava at reception and in the heated pool didn't hurt either!)

Hotel Rey Alfonso X is located in the historic centre of Seville, a short walk from the Giralda and the Santa Cruz district. The outdoor swimming pool is seasonal.

The location of this hotel is magnificent, surrounded by everything. It’s our first visit in Sevilla, my husband and I stayed for 3 nights and appreciated the warms and the services of the Receptions, ecpecially Adrian who’s proactively advising us about places or restaurants to visit. Probably the most perfect hotel in Europe we have ever stayed in. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes walk to the catedral and all the tapas bars. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar which was the best thing regarding the afternoon heat. The hotel is beautiful, decorated with musical instruments. The staff was very nice and helpful. If we ever go back to Seville, we go to Amadeus again.
