Exceptional place, service and overall just amazing. They made us feel more than at home, going above and beyond every request. They even made my kids hand-drawn images of them with special treats everyday. Was one of the best experiences we have had. Fairmont Nile City exceeded what I have expected. The staff, every one of them, made our three-nights stay so comfortable and memorable. The Dine-in service was fast, food was delicious, the Sky Pool was warm and cosy, room was up to date and super clean. A special shout out to reception staff Michael, he went beyond to help us out with a bigger and quieter room and even overworked one night to make sure we are happy with everything. Fairmont, you should be proud that you have such a considerate and efficient employee. Moustafa from Dine-in service was very helpful too. We will definitely come back!

We only had 1 one overnight stay, with a very early airport departure. The team at check-in supported was super friendly, helpful and speedy with their service. They assisted me with shuttle arrangements (5am departure) without any questions asked

I have stayed here a few times before and it was great to get the Usual Incredible Dusit Hospitality. Managers and Desk Team are very accommodating, polite, and understanding. We were upgraded on arrival to an incredible suite, the breakfast was excellent, the proximity to the malls and restaurant's was also first class. 10/10 !
