United KingdomThis hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location in the Ten-Mile Gallery is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by karst mountains and lush greenery. The rooms are well-designed, with modern furnishings and a relaxing ambiance. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The service was exceptional—the staff spoke fluent English and were incredibly helpful in arranging bike rentals and local tours. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I would love to stay here again.
