The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). Very easy to park, big room with enough space with a child. Great breakfast buffet and excellent restaurant next door. Very convenient location for someone travelling by car. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

I loved everything. The view was exceptional, like on a postcard, the breakfast was fantastic. The location was spot on. There is parking right next to the hotel. Do yourself a favour and have dinner at the restaurant. Watch the swans and the boats passing by.. This is truly a unique and beautiful setting. Watch the full moon rising over the mountain. 200m away from the boat docking for passenger boats. We stayed for 3 nights and booked for an additional 2 nights. That says it all doesnt it?

Booked the Swiss Chalet but got lucky to be upgraded to the Schloss hotel opposite the road. It is beside Lucerne lake and has a good view from the room. Breakfast had freshly made eggs and bacon along with other items. Tea/coffee and sweets are available in the common lounge area 24x7. The best part is the room fridge is stocked daily with beers, coke and water.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. I was upgraded from the garden to the lake view. The view from the room is excellent and breath taking. All of us love this place and will come back again.
