Location, cleanliness and service are excellent. I could even get my postcard mailed by leaving it at the front desk. I forgot my jacket and they helped to send it back to me in my next stop in Switzerland. The team was super helpful and handled every request with heart and in a professional way.

Service at the hotel was great and the especially staff at the restaurant was well trained. Also the gym was great. Had a nice variety of machines and was maintained well.

The warmth of the stuff and the authentic local atmosphere of the hotel were undeniably exceptional!! Everything welcomed us with a huge smile and were accommodating for each request or changes.
