Brian is an excellent host! We were there for one evening and left the next morning for our flight but he ensured that we were comfortable. A warm and cosy place, we will definately book it again.

Room size was large and had a great view. The pillows are extremely comfortable and amazing! Staff were friendly and professional. Happy Hour was great as well. Swimming pool was nice and change room extremely facilities were exceptionally clean. Overall, 5 stars!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and so cozy with the fireplace. This hotel has one of the best and biggest bathrooms! Great location near Yaletown, but not so close that it's loud or busy, and lovely brunch at the Cafe next door. Very clean, great outdoor pool on the 5th floor patio, and super comfortable.

We were upgraded to a Suite which was very comfortable. We loved the traditional feel of the hotel - classic style and excellent hospitality. All the staff were excellent - either well recruited or well trained or both. They went out of their way to accommodate us at all interactions - from arrival to check in and in the dining areas. The light meals in the downstairs were excellent and the staff there were some of the best we have encountered.

This hotel is high end, smells amazing and has Belarus’s bathrooms. Turn down service and welcome chocolates were a treat! My only complaint would be they use feather pillows which aren’t very comfortable and flatten out. Everything else was top notch including the lobby and bar area. We will definitely be back!
