Room was simple, but with all amenities. Shower head was awesome! Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious and staff were friendly. Dinner party in the steak house was great! Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. I’ll stay there again.

they do daily room service which is unique in Canada I stayed in 5-star hotels, and they didn't provide such services, and they provide free parking. the hotel location was very good with immediate access to HWY and attraction area towards whistler, Capilano .. etc; loved the place and will visit again for sure :)

This place was great! I absolutely loved it. It was built in 1912 so it’s got that old charm to it. It’s a gorgeous apartment rented as a hotel room. I much prefer this over just a plain room. The living room and kitchen were nice and gave us that extra room to hang out.

Comfortable bed and pull out bed and the decor and ambiance was warm and cozy. Professional front desk staff who upgraded our room and helped us get to our sightseeing destination Location is just a few minutes walk from the train station even if you have luggage it is still easy and convenient. Bus terminals are nearby and Uber/lyft is easy to use as well. Heaps of shops, cafes and restaurants around the area.

Brian our host was outstanding. His knowledge of Vancouver was very deep and he exuded enthusiasm. He was always willing to shuttle us to the local station or provide milk for tea in the room. His property is in a beautiful location with easy access to public transport and the gardens and pool are wonderful. Our room was perfect; a comfy bed, loads of space. Snacks were always put in the room and kept topped up. He provides brandy by the bedside for a night cap or two! Breakfasts were fabulous and always different. Thoughtful touches in the bathroom were cotton wool buds and balls etc.
