The hotel is close to the main attractions in Istanbul, but in a quite place. Everything was just fine, very polite, kind and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean, spacious room, good breakfast. As an example, my wife left her cardigan in the airport transfer car, and with the leadership of Fouad the staff could get it back, a special thank to everyone involved in it! We felt that the receptionists, the cleaning team and the personal at the breakfast all worked very hard to make sure we could have a good time!

L’établissement Ring Stone Hotels Old City - Special Class bénéficie d’un emplacement de choix à Istanbul. The location is great, a quiet street, but super close to the main attractions. The staff is extremely nice and helpful - you can really feel that they are ready to go extra mile for the comfort of the guests. They gave us a lot of tips for places to eat and also presented us with a small cake as it was a birthday of one of the guests. The room is also quite clean and comfortable, the bed was great.

He was very informative and responsive even before we arrived. He was so friendly and helpful, and he really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel offers it's own tours and Arman was excellent at organising all the tours we went on. They were excellent and reasonably priced. Arman especially had great advice on our air-balloon trip. The hotel itself was fabulous. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was great, and the ladies in the breakfast room were so sweet and friendly. The hotel is well-positioned, being just a short walk to the main road through the town. We really had the most wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cappadocia.

Good value for money. We stayed for one night between our flights. The room is clean. The beds are comfy. Shuttle service performed smoothly so we had a good sleep and were back at the airport on time :)
