Séjourner dans une villa magnifique, dotée d'une superbe vue et d'une piscine, à la propreté irréprochable. La cuisine y est excellente, du petit déjeuner au dîner ! La navette est toujours un plus agréable, Dans les commentaires, on retrouve souvent que Isabelle et Justine sont des hôtesses incroyables. C'est d'ailleurs cela qui m'a fait choisir cet établissement. Mais c'est encore mieux que ce que l'on peut décrire à l'écrit. Elles réussissent le tour de magie de vous faire vous sentir à la fois dans un palace étoilé et à la maison, chez de la famille heureuse de vous voir après une longue absence.

Personnel très sympathique et emplacement parfait pour faire le parc Akagera notamment par soi même. Les bungalows sont propres, la piscine sympathique et bon petit-déjeuner. Rapport qualité prix correct.

Situé à Buhoro, l’établissement Umutuzo Lodge Kivu Lake comprend une piscine extérieure, un jardin, une plage privée et un salon commun. My family and I have just spent 3 fantastic nights in Umutozo lodge. The location is genuinely breathtaking, on the shores of lake Kivu. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel totally at home. The staff are all exceptionally helpful and friendly. I can honestly say I have never stayed at a place that has such a joyful, communal feel to it. I had read that dinner is served communally and as a reserved Englishman I wasn’t sure if I liked that idea but in reality it was truly lovely. It gave my family and I an opportunity to meet fellow travellers from around the world and it made the whole experience so homely. We loved it. The owner Phillipe is extremely hands on and a wonderful host. A very interesting, humble man, it was a pleasure to meet him. Similarly Eric, the hotel manager is someone my family and I will never forget. A lovely man and very helpful. I would highly recommend visiting Rwanda and any visit to Rwanda would not be complete without a stay at Umutuzo lodge. To all the team, thanks for making our stay so special

I spent two wonderful nights at Umurobyi Lodge in Kibuye and was deeply impressed from the very first moment. The owners gave me such a warm and genuine welcom. Their attention to every detail made my stay truly special. The full-board arrangement was perfect, with delicious meals carefully prepared and beautifully presented each day. The lodge itself is majestic yet cozy, offering a touch of luxury within a warm, family-style atmosphere. It truly feels like a home away from home. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking (Lake Kivu shimmering at sunrise, swimming cows along the shore, and the mysterious beauty of Bat Island nearby). A big thank-you to the entire team for making my stay unforgettable. I cannot wait to return!
