J'avais peur d'etre déçue sur place mais non, dès l'entree sur le site on en prend plein la vue ! Nous avons beaucoup profité des piscines. Bon buffet de déjeuner et personnel très gentil. Nous espérons y revenir.

Really liked the seating area outside the rooms. The breakfast was amazing, really big and good variety. Nice pool at the hotel and it’s also great that you get access to the thermal pools at the sister hotel. It’s within walking distance to lots of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est aux petits soins pour les clients. La femme de.chambre nous a laissé des petits cadeaux très attentionnés tous les jours. Le service au restaurant et la pizzeria est impeccable, la propreté et le nettoyage constant des installations. Ce qui nous a le plus touché est la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel qui travaille d'arrache-pied mais toujours souriant. Nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés à la soirée du 31 décembre où les surprises se sont enchaînées ! Sans oublier la vue magnifique sur le Volcan lorsqu'il se montre!

Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. We loved it! The hotel was super beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The variety of board games was great because we had so much fun, as well as with the ping-pong table and foosball they have. The size of the room was perfect too. We had an amazing vacation!
