The property was in a beautiful location in the city of Sevan. The property was easy to locate, the name was on the side of the building. When we arrived (which was earlier than the check in time) we were welcomed by the staff and immediately got upgraded to a different room with no extra cost. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the facilities were excellent. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. We swapped numbers with one of the hotel managers who gave us restaurant recommendations and he was in call for whatever we needed. The staff themselves were incredibly attentive, kind, and would go above and beyond for their guests! We needed to print tickets off for our bus journey and they were happy to help. When we told them how we were getting to the bus station they offered us a free drive to our location. We also got offered tea and cake just before our check out.
I cannot fault this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Sevan. I will be sure to book here again!

Great location!! Best in the whole area. Very nice cottage, lovely decorated with taste and attention. The hottub is a great plus! The host is very welcoming and the food is delicious, both diner and breakfast. Very highly recommended for everyone looking for a special night at an unbeatable place!

It is a very good accommodation experience. The room is very new and quiet, and the traffic nearby is very convenient. The subway station is 8-10 minutes' walk away and supermarkets next to it. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hotel, as well as a yard. We went from Tbilisi to Yerevan ,we didn't have cash on us, the landlord helped us pay for a taxi. He is a very kind person.and took the initiative to send a message to tell the hotel the exact address after booking the room.

Very friendly and helpful host. Goes above and beyond. We needed air for our car tire and he helped us out. The bed was so comfortable that we are investigating getting one at home. Breakfast was very tasty and more than enough to fill you up. The property is beautiful and quiet.
