The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Let me begin by saying the staff is exceptional: very friendly and professional. Rooms are nice and comfortable. We had a little terrace where we could eat our breakfast. Pool area is lovely and was never crowded (December). Pool is heated. Plenty of Champaigne going around ! It’s nested in a beautiful vineyards and a park so ideal to just go around and chill with our 2 yo old boy. Both restaurants on the premises are yummy. I had a massage at the hotel spa and that was very good too.

    Beautiful location - great beach for walks and sun bathing. There is a security issue with walking on the beach beyond a certain point ( specified at the entrance to the breach) - but if you’re aware, don’t carry valuables and stay within the ‘’safe” areas it is a beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants and small shops around.

    There is a lot more to do in Noordhoek than what one expects. Noordhoek has live entertainment, lovely shops, the most beautiful beach, water sports, horse-riding and scenic travel routes. Worth a visit!

    We are a family of 4 locals from Cape Town but a visit to...

    We are a family of 4 locals from Cape Town but a visit to Noordhoek always feels like a real holiday. We spent a weekend at Monkey Valley. On way through we stopped off at Hout Bay market for a browse and lunch and then took the beautiful drive over Chappies to Noordhoek. Spent the evening at Cafe Roux and had dinner and a show. Next day did lunch at Cape Point Vineyards O(CPV) literally 5 minutes away. Great views of Noordhoek Beach from the Vineyard - Very good chard to accompany a good meal. Beers also available and kids had milk shakes so everyone is catererd for. Noordhoek beach is also great - Long sandy beach and often there are beautiful horses being ridden. Noordhoek farm village and CPV a must when visiting.

    Love this place and wish I could afford to live here!

    Love this place and wish I could afford to live here! Beautiful, wild-looking coastline, huge beach. Lots of places to eat and shop. Live music on weekends in at least 2 places. It has a lot going on, but still has a friendly village feel. I love also that most places are dog friendly!

    I cannot tell you much as we stayed there due to attending a function nearby so did not go there to 'visit' Noordhoek. It is however a lovely location and I would recommend it to visitors, especially if travelling from abroad.

    Great stay at wild rose, the rooms have a direct access to the pool area, and the view from the breakfast room on the ocean is just amazing. Well located in Noordhoek, not far from the Market (still better/easier to drive there). Appreciated the possibility to go for a run from the guest house to the beach.

    The location is spectacular, and clearly the major draw for the property. My wife and I spent our wedding night here 28 years ago, so we returned to relive that magical time. The rooms are well positioned and the one we booked boasted a spectacular view of Noordhoek beach.

    The house is in a lovely location, spectacular sea views and walking distance to the beach. The house was very well equipped and was well maintained during our stay. The hosts were the best we have experienced during our many years of visiting and staying in Noordhoek .

    The staff bent over backwards to make sure my stay was excellent. They were kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Location was great, in central Noordhoek, and great to be on the farm with access to all the bars, restaurants etc.
