    So clean and very pretty with lots of benches to stop and contemplate - the boardwalk and promenade was so nice. Very quiet and one of the best kept resorts in SA I think. Not much to do but relax and swim, but in easy reach of East London and suburbs and Chintsa etc.

    Bad weather otherwise good.

    Bad weather otherwise good. Versailles, if signposted not visible from street. Chinese place dreadful for takeaways. Pancake parlour not good either Should have eaten at bed and breakfast but pricey. Otherwise ate with relatives. I'd avoid the above and eat a breakfast at the b'n'b.

    Convenient location for purposes of visit to Gonubie, comfort of the room, dècor, great breakfast, ambiance and the excellent welcome, friendliness and helpfulness encountered. Great hosts and staff made the stay even better. They went out of their way to provide a meal (left in our room the night before) for the last morning as we had a very early start. This was greatly appreciated.
