We had a great stay at the house, would highly recommend! The rooms were great, with a very relaxing pool and amazing restaurant. There isn't loads to do in the surrounding towns, but a lovely stop between the garden route and worth the detour.

Rochelle's attention to detail made check in seamless. The unit was fitted with EVERYTHING we needed. Modern furniture and decor. We loved the hot tub and the fireplace in the unit helped allot in the cold weather. We'll definitely visit again.

The host Ronelle was so welcoming and hospitable and went out of her way to help us with whatever we needed. She also sent us so much information ahead of time that helped us plan great activities in the area. The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful. We loved swimming in the river, going for walks on the farm, looking at the stars, spending time on the stoep and braaing.

The host was amazing, the view incredible, as an animal lover it was so pet friendly. We got visited by so many Furkids. The host taught us so much history of the property. We will be back.

a unique guest house with the friendliest of hosts nothing was too much trouble ( even poached eggs!). Breakfast/ dinner round a large table on the veranda made sure we met other guests. A very special place.

What an amazing accommodation. Breaking away from the busyness of everyday life to an almost primal lifestyle. Enjoying the calmness of being on a farm secluded from the noise and rush of a town or busy street. Enjoying a night cap in the hot tub with the love of your life and starring in to the abyss. What a great place. We enjoyed every minute.

What a great place. We enjoyed every minute. Hanno was there to meet us and check us in which was done very smoothly. The home made bread and milk was a welcome treat on arrival. Thanks very much Hanno for the great accommodation.

We stayed in Honey Bee Cottage.

We stayed in Honey Bee Cottage. It has 2 rooms with big comfy beds. The cottage was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outside braai (BBQ) is a barrel so can be moved. The splash pool and hot-tub are nice (although we did not use the hot-tub). The only negatives was that the one bathroom/shower is shared by both bedrooms (each room has a door leading into the bathroom). I was also surprised at how close the neighboring cottage was, as none of the photos showed this.
