Everything was great. The service of the staff was amazing. From the moment we arrived, they had everything prepared for us and the check in was simple and quick. During the breakfast, I asked for soy milk and they were kind enough to bring it for me. Mr. Kim made our stay awesome and easy, he organized our trip back to hanoi and helped us with recommendations about what to do and how. They helped us on all the arrangements and they even offer to move the breakfast time to suit out schedule. 10/10 really.

Our stay was in the mountain view room. This room was spacious and had a great view. The hotel was exceptionally clean and showcased local art. The breakfast was top of the line and the staff was great. I'd like to add that this hotel is large and consists of 4 main buildings. You can walk between the buildings as they're quite close to get to breakfast, go to the pool, etc. Or call the office and they'll chauffer you in a buggy. The hotel is a bit out of the city (a 10 min walk) this walk is either straight downhill to the city or straight uphill back to the hotel from the city. There's a shuttle that will run once an hour, which we used often without issues or a taxi is always an option and quite affordable as well. Our stay was lovely and I'd recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Bamboo Hotel in Sapa! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Julie was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel arranged transportation to the train station for 550,000 VND, which was very convenient. We were impressed by the service and absolutely loved the stunning view. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

The best part being in Sa Pa is the trip to Mount Fansipan. We came in October and it was foggy the whole time. We did not see the view of the clouds because we were in the clouds I would say. It was still an amazing experience to reach the 'roof of Indochina' - twas mystical and spiritual for me. I was kind of emotional when the National Anthem of Vietnam was played during the flag raising at the summit. of all the restos we ate, we love Cozy Restaurant near our hotel. The flavors of the food were just right for us.

We loved Sapa because we had the MOST amazing guide. Her name was Thuy and we reached her through her Whatsapp 84 123 846 2416. Over the course of three days we learned so much from her about the plants, local ethnic people, and more than I can say. If you go to Sapa, you should hire her for sure!!

Trekking Sapa's guide Ly accompanied us on a 3 day trek through the mountain villages and at two lhomestays with local families. An amazing, authentic experience that has given us so many great memories. Highly recommend! Food and accomodation in Sapa before and after were great, town is very easy to walk around with cool lights around the lake and the many restaurants.

We allowed 4 days to explore Sapa, but sadly arrived at the start of a typhoon. Flooding rain and heavy cloud persisted during our stay and we didn’t get to explore the area at all. The weather began to clear as we were leaving and we got glimpses of the stunning region. We have learnt that the weather is very ‘hit or miss’ in Sapa, despite recommendations that Autumn as a good time to visit. If possible, it might be better to hover in Hanoi and visit Sapa when the forecast is promising as it’s a long way to travel to not experience all it has to offer. While flexible travel plans are a luxury, it seems the way to go in Sapa. The same goes for visiting Mt Fansipan on the gondola. Many prepaid, online tickets lock you in to the date you choose in advance. There truly in no way of telling what visibility will be like until the actual day. We are grateful that we hadn’t pre-booked tickets to this attraction as the weather conditions were atrocious during our stay in Sapa. We will definitely return to Sapa one day as it is worth the journey there.

The hotel has seen better days - but as with all hotels in Vietnam, if you expect premium facilities you should also be willing to pay premium prices ;-) What makes this hotel exceptional good is the staff and the outstanding service provided by the reception. If you are a first time traveler to Vietnam and South East Asia , this hotel can be recommended. Ask the reception for any kind of tour, activity or further travel arrangements - and they will set you up with the best local providers without any extra commission or fees

Best hostel we had in Vietnam ! Everything was perfect during our stay: clean and spacious room, delicious breakfast, laundry for 30k in 24H and they also booked us a tour. The owners took care of everything for us an we felt so good in this place that we extended our stay. This hotel is well located in the center of sapa but on a little street away from the noise. Thank you again to this sweet family for their welcome. Great value for the price we can only recommand it :)

Sapa Hills Hotel has been my favourite hotel of my Vietnam trip so far. The staff were wonderful and so lovely and helpful. I booked a 2-day overnight trekking tour through the hotel and they let me use a free room after my check-out time after I returned back from the trek, before I caught an overnight bus to my next stop. The breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious and comfortable. I will book Sapa Hills Hotel again if I return to Sapa!

I will definitely give this hotel good feedback. Because this hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. Especially this woman staff working in the reception. I want to book a bus ticket from Hanoi to Hai Phong but during the lunar new year. The ticket was sold out. But she is really considerate and suggests me to use the grab and tell me the right taxi price in Vietnam to avoid me overcharge because I am a foreigner.
