What a little gem! This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Big, clean rooms with robes, tea, coffee, water. Set in a great location about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Sapa, which is perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Breakfast was excellent and you could order as much hot food as you wanted with lots of variety. The staff are what really made our stay - David was amazing! He was so helpful, kind and chatty. Couldn't recommend this place more.

You feel so at home at Pistachio Hotel. It is located at the heart of Sapa; walking distance to Sun Plaza, Sapa Catholic Church; local restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was available inside the room. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices of sumptuous food. food prices for room service is also cheap. The staffs are so friendly. Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!

The very clean Hotel is quite situated very close to the center with a nice few to the lake. Kim the Manager /Owner with his team is very nice and helpful by planning your time in Sa Pa. A great place to stay. Hospitality and a very good Breakfast Buffet where you can order fresh egg dishes to. For sure a place to back again. Thanks Kim and your team.

We stayed 3 nights in a double deluxe room which was spacious, well furnished and clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful and went an extra mile to help us. Special thanks to Jenny! The breakfast buffet was served in a comfy lounge and was really nice, with variety.

We really enjoyed or stay in Bamboo hotel and especially the kindness and caring for helping us to find the best activities from DZU, the head man of the reception. All staff was very nice, the view was amazing, the location : perfect.

Trekking Sapa's guide Ly accompanied us on a 3 day trek through the mountain villages and at two lhomestays with local families. An amazing, authentic experience that has given us so many great memories. Highly recommend! Food and accomodation in Sapa before and after were great, town is very easy to walk around with cool lights around the lake and the many restaurants.

Here in Sapa we had the greatest memories. Would absolutely come for the 5th time. The foods, the attractions, the natural views, the people and the traditional culture, all gave us best unforgettable experience.

Everything great. We were able to see some areas. Just only the weather . It is still the wet season time I think we just came on the wrong season. Overall, Sapa is beautiful and will come back again.

We allowed 4 days to explore Sapa, but sadly arrived at the start of a typhoon. Flooding rain and heavy cloud persisted during our stay and we didn’t get to explore the area at all. The weather began to clear as we were leaving and we got glimpses of the stunning region. We have learnt that the weather is very ‘hit or miss’ in Sapa, despite recommendations that Autumn as a good time to visit. If possible, it might be better to hover in Hanoi and visit Sapa when the forecast is promising as it’s a long way to travel to not experience all it has to offer. While flexible travel plans are a luxury, it seems the way to go in Sapa. The same goes for visiting Mt Fansipan on the gondola. Many prepaid, online tickets lock you in to the date you choose in advance. There truly in no way of telling what visibility will be like until the actual day. We are grateful that we hadn’t pre-booked tickets to this attraction as the weather conditions were atrocious during our stay in Sapa. We will definitely return to Sapa one day as it is worth the journey there.

We were truly impressed by the breakfast at the hotel every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Enjoying a delicious meal while watching the majestic Fansipan mountain range and clouds drifting gently over the valley was an unforgettable experience. The hotel can get quite busy in the morning, so it’s best to arrive a bit early to get one of the best seats where you can sip your coffee and soak in the breathtaking mountain view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine care. A perfect way to start a new day in Sapa Hoteldesapa

Getting around sapa is easy with grab.

Getting around sapa is easy with grab. There are a lot of must try eats in sapa like black chicken, sturgeon and salmon. There are also fun attractions like alpine coaster, moana sapa and glass bottom bridge.

The best hotel during our Vietnam trip! I decided to stay at Hotel de la Coupole MGallery due to the reviews. location and it was absolutely worth it. The hotel has a splendid reception area, the staff serving drinks upon our arrival and the room is spacious and clean. The indoor swimming pool is majestic, kids loved it. On my last day, I forgot my belongings and when I was checking out and they immediately took a photo and show me my belonging. I am totally impressed with their service and will definitely come back again!

On arriving I was greeted by the owner who had the most wonderful smile, and was wonderfully welcoming. I arrived a little early and was invited to have a tea whilst waiting. When I got to the room it was an incredibly big room, and had a fantastic cost feel. The room was well designed and having a plug in the middle of the wall of the bed made all the difference on convenience. The bathroom was a walk in shower with fantastic power and warmth, and a great sized sink. Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam!

The view was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. It was convenient having a coffee shop and executive lounge on the 15th floor. Breakfast was the best we've had in North Vietnam. The hotel was a less than 10 minute walk from the city centre.

Good location, not stuck in the centre is a nice thing. The hotel is very comfortable, beds are the best we’ve had in Vietnam. The staff are so friendly and keen to help. I’d highly recommend the hotel if you want a comfortable and relaxing stay!
