The hotel is located very close to the airport so if you have an early flight or late arrival it is perfect. The owner of the hotel picked us up from the hotel quickly and returned us to the airport the next day.

We had a very short stay as arrived late to Hanoi and had to catch an early flight. Receptionist spoke perfect english, room was clean and showers were warm. Location is perfect to reach the airport within 5 minutes (do not expect to find many things in the surroundings).

Good location near the airport. Absolutely crisp new hotel summer of 2025. Very good pricing for the standard wich is superb. Big tv, nice shower, comfy beds and the best pool in the area! Super friendly english speaking staff, good food, very high standard on everything. So all together makes this a highly recomendable hotel. They offered us a free shuttle to the airport in a pristine new car as well.

Great stop over a a couple of nights. Mr Tobi who runs/owns the hotel was so helpful and got me out of a muddle getting a taxi from airport.Helped me looking into my visa for India which fell through.Took me to ATM on his bike. It’s on a road with most things needed to a short stay.Mini mart/dinner/sim shop/ & more. Breakfast brought to room was eggs toast and fruit.(very nice).Elevator and very friendly staff. There is cheaper but you really do get what you pay for and more at this hotel. Thanks Tobi.👍Your amazing English was another god sent. Plenty of temples to visit near !

Its near the airport like 5 minutes by car. Upon arrival you will get complimentary water. Friendly staff. Free airport service if you request in advance. Really great! Thank you to the Husband and wife and all the staffs there! They also booked grab for me and my kids.

Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

The closeness to the airport was very important to us, 10 minute drive. We arrived at the hotel at 0830 and got a room by 1000. We checked out by 2100 same day. We had no breakfast. The owner organised all our transport to the centre of the city at very competitive prices. Make sure when you arrive in Hanoi that you make contact with the hotel and they will arrange pick-up. We didn't and got ripped off by the taxi company inside the terminal. This hotel is extremely good value and run by dedicated wife and husband team.

We had a very late flight. You Ak Nguyen welcomed us very quickly and checked in quickly. Ak also took us out to dinner and picked us up at the end. Thank you for your enthusiastic help. We recommend that you choose Haap Transit hotel as a stopover at a hotel near the airport
