There are so many activities to do like visiting fruit plantation, sitting on boat along a narrow channel with 2 green along the way. Not a huge amount to do in this area. It’s a great getaway to relax and unwind in a resort. To get there from HCM I would use a bus company to the tourist port. You can cycle around but there isn’t a huge amount to see. Not lots of choice of places to eat outside the hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and have everything you need. They’re set over ponds and have nice views of the beautiful gardens that have grown a lot since the photos were taken. There is a swimming pool set amongst the pretty gardens that we used a lot with the heat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Yes it’s rustic and doesn’t have all of the comforts of a city hotel, but that’s the point!
