May (fabulous receptionist) was brilliant at welcoming and ensuring we had everything we needed. She organised taxi to and from airport. Considering we could see the planes from our window soundproofing was great we were not disturbed by planes taking off.

The room was beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable, with a cozy bed that made our stay so relaxing. We had a perfect stay at this family hotel! We arrived in the night, and they stayed up to welcome us. The room was really spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it was the cleanest accommodation we stayed in during our trip in Vietnam. They also offer an airport shuttle, which is very easy - within 10 minutes, you arrive at Noi Bai.

Love it! Beautiful, convenient location, the personnel nice and helpful, the installations beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Free shuttle to/from de Airport! So convenient. Breakfast and restaurant very good and convenient. I plan to stay there every time that I travel. Quite recommended!

We had a very short stay as arrived late to Hanoi and had to catch an early flight. Receptionist spoke perfect english, room was clean and showers were warm. Location is perfect to reach the airport within 5 minutes (do not expect to find many things in the surroundings).

Owner/manager is super kind and friendly. They helped to arrange for transport to and from the airport, as well as to and from hanoi city. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The walls arent the most soundproof, but it is not too bad either. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here. It is a very comfortable stay, at is extremely value for money.
