Loved the pool area and a hotel bar is always a great bonus for travellers. The shuttle to Universal Studios was great and saved parking fees at the park. The staff were fantastic and the cost wasn't bad relative to alternatives albeit it certainly isn't cheap. Great location for Universal and Warner Bros. The onsite restaurant is also a decent and convenient option.

I enjoyed making my own waffle. Breakfast was fantastic. I loved the beautiful spacious room. I was able to focus on important work close to the venue. Room was quiet.

We just loved those beds! We had our best nights sleep ever. And it was very kind to let us change rooms when the view was not fully up to our expectations. It meant a lot to us and we enjoyed every single second in your premises ever since. We loved the relaxed courtyard with impressive plants, firepits and fountain, too. You made us feel at home in the best possible way. We greatly appreciate your excellent taste and sense for design details. Only the best of everything in an understated way. Very stylish and clean room with great amenities. We enjoyed using the record player in the room, and also the live music downstairs! (Even though the bar and music was on until late, we couldn’t hear anything from our room)
