Our two night stay here was perfect!! The manager on duty Brandi, was fabulous. So thankful for our early check in and room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious! The inn was very clean and comfortable. The high threat  count of the bed lines made for a wonderful sleep. We loved the village and will 100% return to the hotel.

My partner and I recently celebrated our anniversary at this incredible hotel, and our experience was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. This is our second year staying at the resort. It's great! Very family friendly with an inexpensive restaurant and bar and a basic but tasty complimentary breakfast. Rooms are equipped with fridges and there is a microwave in the breakfast room so it's possible to prepare basic meals. It's a very quick drive or a medium length walk to beaches and the town.

The hotel was historic and beautiful. They have the best continental breakfast with seating that looks out to the water. The rooms were beautifully decorated and I loved how they turn down the bed, and place a chocolate on the bed for both of us. Perfect location, the beach was beautiful, and they supply beach chairs and towls. The hotel also had a private shuttle that ran from 8am to 10pm, we enjoyed kennebunkport dock square and didn't have to worry about driving back to the hotel. The staff was excellent with all our questions and they greeted us at check-in with a glass of champagne.

This is our new Favorite B&B! We absolutely fell in love with this home. The hosts were delightful, friendly, and welcoming. The room and the entire house was breathtakingly beautiful! Breakfast was a highlight, not only for the amazing meal, but also because of the great company of fellow guests. We have decided to make this an annual trip!

Bed and breakfast type stay, the staff was not intrusive at all. The hotel is like a campus of B&B buildings, don't bring your luggage in to check in, wait to see where your room is. Breakfast was an upscale continental style, the variety and quality was nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

    The town is compact with tons of food and shopping.

    The town is compact with tons of food and shopping. Easily walkable but there are quiet roads surrounding so you can bike to the beach in under 10 minutes. The crowds (even in high color season) were a mix of young and old. There are tourist buses with the older folks but they park in a lot so it wasn't too bad.

    A lovely little town with shopping, great choices of restaurants with very tasty seafood. Can get extremely congested in high season so a September visit was wonderful. Parking can be a little difficult since the paid parking lots and streets fill up early. We'd recommend doing a lobster boat tour to learn about these yummy sea creatures.

    Very small town with shopping and dining experiences. Nice to visit for the day but I wouldn't probably stay at town again unless there was a specific reason for this location. Ongunquit was much more lively and inviting.

    Love Kennebunkport. Such a beautiful place to visit. The people were so friendly everywhere we went. The air was clean, the beaches were fabulous and the drivers were very polite. I will recommend to everyone I know.

    We had dinner the next town over in Wells, but I would recommend walking to one of the local restaurants if you're staying downtown. So much good food and fun places right on the water to explore, we love Ryan's Corner Pub for a nightcap.

    Mike is truly an exceptional host. He is absolutely committed to ensuring his guests have the best experience. The property is of a high standard throughout. We loved sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch and the complementary bikes made it easy for us to explore Kennebunkport and easily get to the local sandy beach in a couple of minutes. Breakfast was very good too. Thank you Mike for making us feel so welcome. We were sad to leave. Thank you Kennebunkport for the 4th July fireworks.

    Rachel was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations for where to go and where to eat in the local area (Nunan's Lobster Hut is a must do!) Breakfast was wonderful, great variety. Facilities look great for summer though we visited in the Fall. Kennebunkport is a lovely town.
