MoldovaI chose this motel for the total solar eclipse. It was pretty close to the edge and the sky wasn't ideal, but it did the trick - I've seen the eclipse in its entirety. Quite location, nice parking, spacious room, very clean, reasonable price for the 2 nights. It has a big working table, which was exactly what I needed for my eclipse prepping! The chair is ridiculously comfortable. And the room even have a sofa, sheesh! Very accommodating owners, they had no problems with me using any kind of spot for my shooting gear. Also, they provided me plastic spoons when I asked for one :-D (bought yogurt, but forgot about the spoons)

What I loved the most was the bed and how big the room was.
What I loved the most was the bed and how big the room was. I had a king sized room so I loved that they had a variety of pillows. Not every hotel I go to does that. It had a very nice and cozy feel. Whenever I got hungry there are plenty of places nearby but if you wanted something late at night there is a taco bell right up the road that's open until 4am.
