I liked how clean, cozy and spacious the room was. I liked the lighting in the room and the bathroom and sink was immaculate. I liked the shampoo, conditioner and soap that's was complimentary to the room. Everything was amazing.

The cleanliness and the great customer service provided by Ruby Barnes and Kim Coston. They went above and beyond my expectations and we were also allowed to check in early coming from Savannah. I will definitely stay here whenever I come to anew Orleans. Also, loved the atrium with the water fountain.
